Mr. Sameer Zapke is the founder and driving force behind Sparkle Realty, one of Pune’s fastest-growing real estate developers. With a foundation in Information Technology, he made a bold transition into real estate, launching his first project with limited resources and a small, determined team. Through perseverance and a clear vision, he swiftly established a strong reputation and deep expertise in the industry.

Under his leadership, Sparkle Realty has successfully delivered over 20 projects, spanning 9 lakh sq. ft. and providing more than 1,000 premium homes in prime locations.
